Embossing Embossing is free in the store on bibles purchased from us. Bibles and other products that are imprintable are $5 if not purchased from us. Mistakes do happen and we limit our liability to the cost of the embossing. Embossing is in gold silver and a few other colors. Plates are available. They work well for covering up other names. (once embossed, the letters are very difficult to remove.) Surfaces that are extra ‘cushy’ do not work. Embossing orders must be made in the store to make sure all spelling, product selection and prepayment are taken cared of. When we are not busy, it only takes 10 minutes to emboss a standard bible. Some new covers are embossed without any foil. The resulting imprint looks pretty good!
